Natural Home-made remedies for Eczema

Every one of us requires beautiful and flawless skin as a whole. Today it is all about looking beautiful and fresh. But there are lots of hurdles we all face in acquiring beautiful skin. There are many obstacles one of which is Eczema. This can cause skin to inflame and get irritated and causes the skin to dry and patched up with redness.

This problem is very common today among young generation. Many young boys and girls suffer from this problem with make them feel embarrassed and low as compared to others.

Here are some homemade remedies by expert Zubaida Tariq. These remedies include everything that can be easily found in your kitchen or home.

1)    Aloe Vera Gel:

According to expert Zubaida Tariq, the freshly extracted gel from Aloe Vera plant is very useful in treating many skin problems like acne, rash and eczema. Aloe Vera has natural healing properties which heal the skin from within and sooths skin allergies. The gel of Aloe Vera plant should be applied directly on the skin. It absorbs directly into the skin and reduces itchiness and redness in matter of few days.

2)    Honey:

Honey is one of the natural occurring products and is well known as an ingredient in many homemade remedies. Wonderfully it is also works miracles when applied to skin. Another tip by Zubaida Tariq is to apply Honey directly to face every night for about 20 to 30 mints and then wash off with warm water.

Honey is a natural occurring anti bacterial product. It stops any bacterial growth on skin. It is found really effective in eczema treatment.

3)    Olive Oil:

Applying Olive oil to the effective skin is another method recommended. Massage few drops every day on the face and redness on the skin. Massage deep within so that skin absorbs the oil. Then wash away with warm water. Olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce redness and inflammation.

4)    Cucumber:

This natural occurring vegetable possess high properties which sooths skins and makes it glow. It has a soothing coolness which reduces skin irritation.

Cucumber juice or slices of cucumber should be applied directly on to the skin for an hour or two. Then wash it off with Luke warm water. This process can be repeated daily for quick results.

5)    Turmeric and Neem Leaves:

Turmeric can be easily found in every home as it is used commonly in cooking process. But according to knowledge, Turmeric and Neem leaves consists of inborn antioxidants and healing properties. This is considered to be the best remedy to treat eczema.

Crush Neem leaves and mix its juice with turmeric powder or olive oil and apply it to effected area for about half an hour. Then rinse it off. This process can be repeated after a span of ten days or twice a week.
