Chicken Vegetable Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls are on the go now a days and their best form is Chicken Vegetable Spring Rolls. People have started to like rolls of paratha and the like very much. Seeing that love of you people, we are posting this recipe. It will help you to make very delicious Spring rolls within no time and a little effort. Recipes always help you to become used to a new item. When you get used to the recipe, you can modify the recipe according to your Pakistani food taste or you want to reduce any spice and go for the Chinese sort. That’s totally up to you.

• 300g Chicken mince
• 1/4 Chinese Cabbage (wombok), shredded
• 1 Carrot, peeled, grated
• 1 Zucchini, grated
• 2 green Onions, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 20 (250g) frozen spring roll wrappers, thawed
• olive oil cooking Spray

Cooking Tactics:

  1. The oven is to be heated up to 200 degrees on a Centigrade scale. Take two baking trays and line them with the baking powder.
  2. Place the mince, carrot, cabbage and other ingredients including egg and cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Now you have to place a spring roll wrapper and put 2 tablespoons of filling along the centre of wrapper. Fold the corners over the filling and then fold over the sides. After it, roll it completely and tight it intelligently ensure it is closed.
  4. The remaining corner which is present is to be made wet with water to seal the roll.
  5. It you will place the seam down on the tray you are using for baking, that will help to strengthen the roll.
  6. Repeat the above step for the rest of the wrappers to make rolls.
  7. Then you just have to bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, till the time you see that they are cooked and are golden brown.
  8. They can be served according to your choice but the dipping sauces work best.
